Your own STEM CELLS can Heal You and Reverse Ageing (if you let them!) #stemcellstherapy #fasting

STEM CELLS are cells that have not yet “committed” to differentiating into any specific tissue type. They are found in the foetus and called “Embryonic Stem Cells” and produce “daughter” cells that then differentiate into bone, muscle, liver, skin etc. The Stem Cells remain “neutral” in a sense and continue to produce “daughter” cells that can develop into pretty much any type.
We’ve all heard of “Stem Cell Therapy” by now – a procedure whereby damaged tissue or organs is injected with magical “stem cells” that stimulate the tissue to repair itself, right? It’s pretty new medical science, it’s an expensive procedure, and there are no guarantees (though there is growing evidence that, if done right, it can be highly successful). But what if I told you there are somewhere around 700,000 of your own stem cells present in your body, just waiting to help you out? That’s right! These are called ·Adult Stem Cells”, and they can do magic too, but they need the right conditions. That means you have to look after them and give your body the raw materials and nutrients needed for your stem cells to do their job.
Seven hundred thousand might sound like a lot of stem cells, but as there are 30 to 35million cells in your body, that’s just one stem cell for every 45million normal cells – so they are not easy to spot! This is why they have managed to “hide” from science for a long time. Initially they we discovered in bone marrow (it seems that’s where most of them are) and the belief was they make red blood cells and bone cells. We now know these cells can also make liver, lung and skin cells.
Adult Stem Cells have now also been found in the Brain, Blood, Gut and Muscle where they repair and regrow damaged tissue. We’ve known for centuries that our blood cells, skin cells and hair are all replaced on a regular basis. It is becoming more and more apparent to scientists that Adult Stem Cells play a key role in the repair and regrowth of more and more tissue types and are essential to our healing processes.
Unfortunately our precious stem cells become damaged, compromised and depleted over time and therefore less effective when it comes to healing and repairing damaged or old organs, but if we take care of them they will stay active and vital for a lot longer.
Adult Stem Cells are severely damaged by excessive alcohol, smoking, low cholesterol (a side effect of statin medication), inflammation, high blood sugar and stress. Symptoms of impaired stem cells include hair loss, kidney disease, dementia and increased risk of diabetes and cancer.
Steps we can take to protect our Stem Cells:
AVOID: Sugar (including starches and all carbohydrates as much as possible), Tobacco (stop smoking already!), Excessive alcohol consumption.
LOWER: Your Inflammation levels (see link below), your Stress levels, and your Weight (switch to a healthy low-carb nutrition lifestyle)
INCREASE: Regular Exercise, Quality Sleep (see Link below), and Intermittent Fasting (see Link below). Drink more tea and eat more dark chocolate (for the flavonols).

If you’re interested in natural remedies, do yourself a favor and find The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray. Trust me, it’s life-changing.

Last year, I accidentally chopped the end of my finger off at the end knuckle. An open fracture with the end bit completely gone.
When the surgeon said it would grow back I thought he was taking the piss … When I was not in the mood for a sick joke.
Fortunately, the dressings nurse lectured me on much the same advice as in this video … And my finger has indeed grown back … Not quite as pretty as it was, but fully functional.

I don't drink or smoke, I do 16:8 fasting, have green tea, add cacao to my protein shake, get some mild strength training everyday, my diet is mostly carnivore. BUT sugar is so difficult to quit entirely! 😭

Great info. One comment. Dark Chocolate, Turmeric, and green and black tea are high in oxalates so am passing on them. They make me hurt. So does black pepper, spinach and chard and beet greens, All the night shades etc. I have quit drinking, smoking, losing weight, doing meditation for stress. Life is getting much better. Oh and IF 18 hours a day too.

Your teaching style is impressive; you have taken a subject which is normally presented in a complicated/unwealdy way, and have made it simple enough for anyone to understand; so clearly you have researched it & understood it well!
Indeed to paraphrase Einstein, "No matter how complex a person's subject of expertise; if they can't explain it satisfactorily to a 6 year old - then they don't really understand it deeply enough"!
You clearly do!

My adult son has seizures originating in the hippocampus. I pray research progresses to this area.

The best way to produce a large amount if stem cells is a good fast. 2-5 days does the body really, really good. Just came off a 2 day myself. Great for lowering insulin, a1c, and general inflammation. Fasting has been shown to even invigorate a deteriorating thymus. I started typing this before you mentioned fasting 😂. Intermittent plus the occasional multi day is a 1-2 punch

i stopped coffee last year, starting eating according to TCM (no cold foods, no raw vegetables (all at least lightly cooked), cut off on fruits and dairy, added more beans, sesame, herbal teas etc). Almost always do IF (~14 hours), hiit training for the past 20 years (a bit crazy sometimes). Never did alcohol, not much sugar in my life either. Still got stress (using yin yoga to battle it). i should be low immflamation and steam cells working for my benefit too.
