hello twifies "fans" this is one of those things I thought about in the shower and now is a twifies video

It's actually a pretty cool riddle where you have the entirety of creative mode and your only goal is to place a block in a void world. Can you do it??

hope you enjoy and make sure to subscribe for more above average content

Wait for a cosmic particle to hit your pc in such a way that it spawns a block

You could shoot a projectile (like a Trident or potion) straight into the air, from really high up in the center of a chunk, and shoot it with an egg on it's way down. Do this until a chicken spawns. Pull it super high into the sky with leads and then pelt it with eggs continuously. Splash them with slow falling maybe. Eventually, assuming the problem of lag is ignored, the chunk the chickens are in will have too much data, and when you relog, the chunk will regenerate. Then you can place a block on one of the generated blocks.

Alternatively, for the first puzzle, you could left click and right click at the same time to place a block where the block was before. It technically isn't on the 6 faces ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also can't you just throw the egg up and hit yourself?

From my hacking days, I know there's an airplace hack. He didn't say no hacking...

I thought of the egg + lead strategy by myself (you can throw the egg up and walk under it when it falls to crack the egg, you don't need a friend, luckily for me) but couldn't get any further because the boats can't be placed. Cool puzzle!

To solve the first riddle you could also just replace the 1 block by left and right clicking a the same time, so you dont place the block on the side

In snapshot 22w13 (one block at a time) could you throw a block and it lands on your head and it places? You could also try and land a block so it just kind of slides off of the first block and becomes adjacent diagonally to the starting block

Load into the world with a bonus chest. Some versions would generate bonus chests on top of air blocks, although I'm not sure if it would generate at all in a void world.

For the first riddle, I figured out the turtle egg solution but thought it had to be stone (whoops) so I scraped that idea, and here's my unique solution:

Spawn a Snow Golem with a spawn egg on top of the stone (or alternatively make it so that it's a snow biome and wait for it to snow) which creates one snow layer. Then, you need to put another snow on top of that layer and you can place a block on top of the 2 layer snow (1 layer just replaces the snow)

If you could somehow create a ghost block, it can be turned into a real block. So, if there is a bug/mod in a client, it could affect the server. No idea how to create a mid-air ghost block tho

Throw an egg so it breaks on you, lead the chicken, use that as the basis for one of your void platforms… after that, I’m stuck.

Go to 1 update before the "1 block at a time" April fools update. Hold a block you wish to place in your mainhand and a barrel in your off-hand. Then look up, throw your block with Q and swap your mainhand with offhand using F. Quickly pause the quit the game while the dropped item is still above you. You can then load the "1 block at a time" update. There is an easter egg in this update where if you hold a barrel, you will become a barrel with 2 legs sticking out. When crouching, you become just a barrel and clip to the block you are in. In this state your hitbox acts like a shulker's. The thrown item becomes a falling block, and if you crouch you can let the block fall and clip to you. It will then be solid. You can now load into a more recent update and place any block on the side of this new one.

Here's what I have:

Easier version: make the block you spawn on a portal block, enter the nether, and place a block there. Or just spawn with a grass block and bone meal it

Harder version: By loading a 1.18.2 world in 1.12, you can add a normally geneated world to the void world and place the block there. Another way I havn't tested yet is to reload the chunk by upgrading an endermen spawn egg from 1.12 to 1.13-pre5. This reloads the chunk according to the minecraft discontuinued features wiki

One that you didn't mention is using a one block base is that you can place water on the block (Which should be just as valid as bonemeal on grass or placing spawn eggs), then you can place a lilypad ontop of the water, thereby having a block of separation, and from there the world is your oyster.

I can't say for certain that it would work, but I know that in JokeyPokey's one block survival series, he uses a glitch at the end to (spoilers) regenerate an entire chunk by overloading the entity limit (is how I think it works). he used bees, but maybe it's possible to use enough chickens on leads or use some trick with enderpearls and chunk loading to store enough stuff to regenerate the chunk. Or maybe you could do the trick by putting enough text into a book, but that potentially requires a mod to generate the text to put into it, from what I remember of JokeyPokey talking about it, so I don't know if you'd be ok with that solution, but I think this is the only way I can think of that might work

Another possible solution for the first challenge is to get a wither to kill another mob on top of a grass block, and then it will plant the wither rose on the grass block. This would however require a wither, whoch a spawn egg was added for in 1.19 snapshots, but it was later removed from the creative inventory for being too destructive iirc, so you'd have to do it in a specific snapshot.

Chicken Must Be Stable: If the chicken is on the ground (not flying or swinging wildly on a lead), you can aim at the top of its hitbox.

2. Precise Aiming: You must carefully hover your crosshair over the top portion of the chicken’s hitbox. This is a bit tricky, especially since chickens are small and move around a lot.

3. Boat Placement: With a boat in hand, right-click (or tap/place) while targeting the top of the chicken's hitbox. If you're precise, the game registers it as a valid placement surface and puts the boat on the chicken.

4. Result: The boat will drop slightly and “land” on the chicken, causing both to interact physically. The chicken may get trapped or shoved slightly by the boat, depending on the physics engine’s resolution.

And in mid air

That’s much harder but technically possible:

The lead doesn't prevent the hitbox from being targeted.

If you can get your crosshair precisely over the chicken’s hitbox while it’s in the air (e.g., if you're flying in Creative), you can place the boat on it.

idea for the first one if you can't choose what the block is: place water on the top and place lava on the side, then they will form obsidian and cobblestone, which you can place blocks on (although this assumes that lava and water are allowed to be placed on the sides, and that the block isn't a sponge)

For the first one with one block to start with, I thought of placing a shulker and then putting a block on the shucker

6:04 Maybe go to the world border, I'm pretty sure you can place blocks on it.
