Fishing with bucktail and gulp didn't produce while fishing in NEw York City Back bay. I decided to do a little micro jigging and it produce the biggest fluke for me. Its 1/4"bigger than my record.

At first I was like, why would you paddle all the way to shore, just flip it in the boat but then when you brought it up on the beach and I realized you were towing an absolute slob then I understand why completely. hahaha amazing catch man, on a butterfly jig nonetheless, and for that area as well, crazy

u asked to leave a comment so heres mine...that net i thought you brought as a joke..really? a trout net? lolol..hard to understand what your saying in sum of the video but sounded like you said you screwed up on a 24 in fluke with that net already and you still decide to bring it again? one more thing you never ever grab a fluke by the tail....a beautiful doormat that area is known for but man you were lucky to land that fish..hope you buy the proper net..tite lines..

Did you get a weight on that fish? 30” could be 10+ pounds
