Shop Hack - Cord Reel

You have to somehow put bearings on the inside bottom of the paint can so the cord reel frame can spin, but the end of the cord on top stays stationary. If this sounds wrong, it's because im having difficulty finding the right words to describe what I mean.

I like it, has it held up well as far as not having to take it apart for kinks and the chord sticking?
