Hey finally i got a simple formula which can serve it very easily, without using big vba code. here is what i want to share you all, just creat a name range with any name say file as name and in refer to field put =files(). now in any cell just write=index(file, row()) press enter and drag it down, voila your done.

Hi,   I've been devouring your videos.  Thank you.  I'm creating a workbook for our Church that maintains a list of tasks for multiple users.  I would like to add a main page where a task owner can select their name from a drop down list and then dynamically populate a table below it with all of their tasks that are due.  Then from that table if they click on a name, populate another table with the persons address and phone number.   Can you suggest one of your videos that will show me how to do this.  I'm using vlookups etc. to poulate a to do list but I want them to be able to look up just their current to dos with all the information they need to complete the task.  If you can direct me I would appreicate it.
