Oh for god's sake. Contributions to science do not come from their religious faith, it comes from their work as scientists. That is the distinction. And secondly, the whole sodding reason that in 1, 000 years, atheism hasn't contributed much to science, why do you think that is? Could it be the monopoly religion has held over education and society? Could it be things like the persecution of anyone not believing your faith?

The religious scientists are working within a secular perspective of naturalism. So it’s a tad misleading to push forward their religion when they are dropping it within their scientific studies.

the Quran and hadith encourage inquiring knowledge through the inductive methodology to understand the howness of Allah's world works, it even calls inquiring knowledge a type of worshiping to god, anyone who actually make the claim that islam is against science is someone who has reached the highest degrees of ignorance

There's nothing "hellenistic" when the medieval Church burned people for thinking that the earth was flat and at the centre of the universe. The Ancient Greek actually knew of the globe model and heliocentrism.

The problem arose when they couldn't reconcile the scientific understanding with their biblical literalism.
