3 essential prepping for Ramadan !!

Prepare for Ramadan with homemade ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, and crispy fried onions. Elevate your dishes and add a burst of flavor to your iftar preparations.

For 1 kg fried Onions 🧅 you’ll need
3 kg red onions & 1 tbsp salt.
And enough any neutral oil to fry the onions. Do not discard the oil after frying it tastes so good for curries.

For the Ginger & Garlic paste
Youll need:
250g Ginger peeled
250g Garlic peeled
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil

For the Homemade Garam Masala
You’ll need:
Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds
Black peppercorns
Cloves
Green cardamom
Black cardamom
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Mace
Star anise
Nutmeg (optional)
Dry red chillies
Rose petals ( optional)

Make sure you completely let the spices cool down and then blend.
