Stefan I am so glad that your video came up on my feed list and I just had to give this one a big like when I heard you refer to common sense and personal responsibility when using tools

Very nice. I almost got heart failure watching you machine-tap those 2.5 mm holes. I didn't think it could be done. I really enjoy the small scale work on this channel. And you have reminded me that a V-block is in fact a very nice 45 def setup square. Thanks.

Really like the larger holes through the length of your 1-2-3 blocks. Great for set ups.

Stefan, If I could make one small suggestion. When you chamfer the corners of a thin part with your chamfering tool. If you make a block with square faces say out of Delrin or something it will help you hold the part square and more securely. I always look forward to seeing your videos.

Great stuff as always Stefan. Nice work on the screws and holes especially.

BTW, I saw your latest shop talk. Don't glue those tubes in. I use a similar set up in my woodshop and stuff is always getting pushed back up into the tubes. Leave them unglued so they can be dumped out.

Hi Stefin; As always another grate video. I see you using you're copper drift in all your videos. I made one similar to that many years ago. it's a 3" piece of copper pipe with a cap on end and filled with molten lead. works grate. Keep up the good work.

I noticed gas springs supporting your milling machine head. I presume you added them recently to cut down on the effort required to crank up the head. Do you have any details on sizing and mounting? I also liked your hand tapping method it can yield that extra bit of clearance when one runs out of z height. Keep up the great videos!

Hi Stefan, have you considered adding a copper face to one end of your vice's allen key wrench?
