What i like about Phil is that he talks to people like they are intelligent individual, not using akward buisness terms and be up front about compagny marketing and practices. Like i know he's still representing a compagny but that kind of approach makes a division like xbox so much more than just a buisness and i feel like that's the aproach they should all use. We are not dumb and that's the respect i feel from Phil as a gamer and consumer.

I love the way he handled the Starfield Exclusivity question. Xbox NEEDS Exclusives it's just great for the industy. As I said on twitter: "I will never understand the implication that Xbox has to share their exclusives when neither Nintendo or Sony share theirs. Exclusives across varied platforms is great for competition and consumer variety. Period."

I can dream, but when he talks about bringing Blizzard portfolio to Game Pass--I'd love to see WoW subscription included in Game Pass. I've only ever jumped in every few years for a couple months to play ever since TBC so having no barrier to just play randomly, whenever I wanted for holiday events or expansion releases would be amazing.

I've always liked Phil Spencer. I own a Series X and a PS5. I won't lie that I'm more of a Playstation player, but Phil is the kind of person that fits Xbox perfectly as a representative.
