China urges US to act cautiously over Taiwan, vows 'no room for compromise'

China has reacted with a stern warning after US President Joe Biden declared he would defend Taiwan from any attack. Beijing is urging Washington to tread carefully. China says there is no room for compromise on core issues. However, Taiwan has welcomed what it calls "rock solid" support from the US.

1:52...If China and Taiwan are one country there's no need for " reunification ". Avoid sending the wrong signal by not saying things like " no room for compromise". There is always room for compromise, that's how peace is achieved AND maintained. Internal Affairs are Internal.
