FEPI is also a great choice. Holds big tech and sell CC. Its also held its nav really well while paying out huge divs.

Also QQQI came out recently also. Im pretty sure it has the same strat as SPYI but on the NASDAQ.

I'm not sure how those FEPI dividends are taxed so I might only keep it in my Roth IRA.

Would you sell YMAX to fund FEPI? Can YMAX have capitol appreciation like FEPI. The div is higher for YMAX and its half the price. In other words 5 years from now will FEPI capitol be much higher then the YMAX, will YMAX be minus?

You could do worse! The first thing people need to do is define their goals and risk tolerance, and that includes their overall capacity to earn income vs their expected needs going forward, with an appropriate safety net.

Too many, mostly younguns who grew up in the bull market, are chasing the wrong shiny objects and then bail at the first sign of a paper loss and then complain how crappy the funds are.
