I'm psyched for Mythic Bastionland. Everything Chris McDowall touches turns to gold.

Now, THIS here is a sign of the TTRPG hobby going through a golden age!

Will Kirkby's art in Eat the Reich is so good!

Love that you added extra games on the end! My most anticipated TTRPG is Dolmenwood but I'm also excited about the Stormlight Archives, Daggerheart, and Legend in the Mist. Wilderfeast was definitely on my radar and I had originally planned on backing it but just knew it would be hard to table with the groups I play with now. Great coverage!

Games are lovely, but can the devs release more TTRPG players? Nowhere near enough of us in the current meta.

Great work from Maddie, also giving the list of the "other good ones" was a great idea.

I’m excited for my own game, Tales from Myriad to come out! Had a successful Kickstarter last year and it’s close to being finished and shipped to everyone

Really glad you mentioned Break!!, Shadow of the Weird Wizard and Dolmenwood. They all look fantastic from the previews so far.

Very much looking forward to seeing if Daggerheart gets a free public demo, like the QuickStart for Candela Obscura.

ICON from Massif Press and Tom Bloom (of Lancer fame) looks to have a very cool combination of the social systems from that game and FF Tactics style combat. Haven’t seen a release date noted for it, but would love to see that come out this year too.

Thank you for always highlighting unique new games.

Crown & Skull by Runehammer Games.
Rust and Redemption by Monte Cook Games.
Luke Gearing's Swyvers will be crowdfunded by the Melsonian Arts Council and released later this year.
Also Longshot City by the Melsonian Arts Council.
EZD6 Wasted World by DMScotty.
Maybe Graham Walmsley of Cthulhu Dark-fame does the kickstarter for Cosmic Dark this year. Here's hoping.
This is going to be a good year for gaming.

I'm really looking forward to Arkham Herald (reporters against Cthulhu using Carved from Brindlewood rules), and Heroic Deeds (a d12 system with OSR vibes and an intriguing advancement system). I keep looking longingly at Stonetop too.

The Boxed set released last year but the Core Rulebook and Bestiary for Dragonbane is coming out soon. I have been loving running Dragonbane and all other products have feel by the wayside for now.

The 2024 RPG I’m most excited about is the Final Fantasy XIV RPG. Preordered the starter set and I’m eager to get my hands on it in may.

I didn't notice it until i finally broke down and bought the Pendragon Starter Set instead of just ogling it in shelves and took a proper look, but Mark Smylie's art on the box front was instantly recognizable. I loved his Artesia graphic novels' (and, to an extent, its Fuzion-powered ttrpg translation) depictions of medieval fantasy battle and can't think of a better artist to be translating Arthurian legend into art. I hope the core book will be chock full of his work.

Not sure if DC20 from the Dungeon Coach will be done but that is definitely something to keep an eye on

While you mentioned Mork Org you should also remember about CORP BORG which is already out! ;)

holy crap, i have a copy of the old TMNT rpg on my shelf. that and TOON were the first rpgs i ever owned, gifts from my older brother when i was a little kid. i had no idea they were remaking it! i might need to get that... for nostalgia if nothing else.

This was a lot of fun to watch, and I picked up a bunch of playtests and quickstarts off the back of it. Good variety too, not just "AAA" or "AA" productions. Cheers.

For my part looking forward to Mythic Bastionland, Arkham Herald, and Fé Borg.
