Absolutely solid when Rich just keeps chewing on an M&M for a minute from 2:16 or so. Makes for great continuity which is really important in home improvement videos. Or they could have just taken those jars of chocolates away from him and I wouldn't have to see and hear him eat a pnut m&m

Richard, do you think you could explain ductwork planning for open concept - living room, dining room, kitchens? There are a number of things - one the size of the ductwork and how do you run it through the floor joist, carrying beam without using right turns which significantly reduce the efficiency of the flow.

What if you got a balloon frame? Most were designed not to be insulated (air flows up and out, like an air barrier). Atleast no mold. But I could use ATOH to visit and show me the solution to add mini-split to cool 1800 sqft of EmptyNester cottage.
