Britain was on course for its hottest day on record on Monday with temperatures forecast to hit 40C for the first time, forcing train companies to cancel services and some schools to close while ministers urged the public to stay at home. FRANCE 24's Hervé Amoric reports.

Media should tell people "heat index" in this situation. For example if tomorrow air temperature reaches to 41 C and humidity reach to 22% we have 42 C heat index

we are the human race we can do better than slowing the speed of climate change.. if we dump carbon in wet environments at convergent plate boundary's the carbon will not rot back to the atmosphere.. so if we dump our plastic and other carbon trash into the gulf of Carpentaria (Australia)the Caribbean sea or the Mediterranean sea, we could build land into the sea. if we grow and bulldoze a forest that collect carbon and dump it into the sea that carbon is GONE!!! if we regrow the forest and do it again, 2 forests are now under the sea.. the same land can dump more and more carbon and make land at the same time. we just have to dump more carbon than we emit and we can burn coal and make coal faster.

Humanity needs to take action on climate change NOW, because sooner or later Earth will become too hot to sustain life.

Most countries, have made emmision goals. Anyone else thing, it's 2 sided. Since we still have motorsports in the work. Like Formula 1? Go figure why no one banned motorsports yet.
