This is DC's way of having all it's best characters fight each other.  Marvel always uses mistaken identity.  DC uses alternate universes.  But this movie blew everything out of the water....literally!

Just watched it and its amazing, it the provides the same greatness that all the other DC animated movies have, but it takes it to another level. Im still hoping that the people that make these movies will be the ones that make the live action Justice League film for the theaters.

It's a shame they missed out so many things. Especially the "last talk" Barry had with his mom before he returned to his timestream. That scene nearly brought me to tears in the comics, and it's just a shame that it's not there.

This move is so good. Come to think of it, a lot of the DC material that is straight to DVD is phenomenal and full of great story telling. Why can't they get it right for the big screen?

it changed Barry from the best Flash ever to generic dude with mommy issues and a brooding contemplation. Before that, he was a stern dude who did what was right, willing to sacrifice his life to save the universes; the kind of guy who arrived and told you "Don't worry, all will be well" and everything was well. He didn't get a blue lantern ring for nothing.

Wally used to be very flat; and in fact, the death of Barry was for a long time his most defining character trait.
