Crazy how an animated flash movie that came out 10 years ago is still way better than a live action flash movie with essentially the same story.

We miss you Kevin Conroy. You'll forever be a true batman.

I never noticed this before but batman who is usually calm, just drops his tools and snags the letter like a candy. The boy in that alley is still inside him.

Flash has to be the one of the most powerful member of the Justice League.

1. Can travel in time changing the future
2. Can make the Batman cry

This is one of the most iconic and epic Moments in comic book history.

I love the subtly of Bruce knowing what his dad’s handwriting looks like. It implies that he has tried to hold on to every part of his parents that he could, reviewing notes and letters, looking at pictures etc. All so that he wouldn’t forget their memory. It’s a very emotional detail that adds a lot of depth to the character with just one line.

Batman's lucky he didn't take an eye out wiping his tears with that arm.

“Your one hell of a messenger”. One of my favorite lines

If Bruce Wayne feels like this in our universe and was actually brought to tears, just imagine how Thomas Wayne feels in his, actually writing a letter to his long dead son. A child's love for his father can only be surpassed by a father's love for his son.

The contents of the letter according to the comics:

""Dear son,
There's only one thing I know about life. I know some things happen by chance. And some things happen because we make them happen. Barry Allen was once haunted by the past. But when he became the Flash, he left the ghosts behind. He found love, a family. And for the first time ever...friends. Barry thought yesterday was behind him...but somebody wouldn't let him escape it. When Barry came to me for help, I turned him away. I'm not the hero of this story. I'm a man who's been corrupted by his own unbearable pain. I'm a man who has too much blood on his hands to be called good. Your friend taught me we can't only live a life for those we've lost. We have to live a life for those we still have. If I got a second chance, I would hope I'd come to understand that. To live that...like you should, Bruce. That's all parents want for their children. What we never had. Your mother and I want you to be happy. Promise me you'll try. And I will too...wherever I am.

Love always, your father -- Thomas."

Putting yourself in Bruce’s shoes. Imagine getting a letter from your dad that’s been passed for many years and telling you how proud he is of you and that he loves you. That’s a lot of emotion right there and I can feel it.

This scene always gives so much feels. Justin Chambers and Kevin Conroy were amazing. Seeing Flash making Batman cry was so beautiful.

Barry: "Your mother was a joker in another timeline"
Batman: What the f***

Took off his mask so he can read the letter as Bruce Wayne instead of Batman...

Flash may have made a massive mistake trying to save his mom and altered the timeline. And in the end realized he was not meant to save her. But through his mistake he ended giving not only himself peace, but also giving it to Bruce and to his father in another timeline. Thomas got the chance to tell his son how much he loved him and Bruce got the chance to hear it. That’s freaking beautiful bro.

To hear the emotion conveyed by Kevin Conroy when the scene switches like that. It's powerful, very powerful.
