Fox News Edits Out Jon Stewart Beating Bill O'Reilly?

When Jon Stewart from "The Daily Show" appeared for an interview with Bill O'Reilly on Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor," the segments that were broadcast on February 3 and 4 were heavily edited and, as I show in this video, the editing left out Jon Stewart's destruction of the big attack Bill O'Reilly had planned to use against the Daily Show's mocking of Fox News bias.

FOX "News" is the journalistic version of a "reality show". Picture Duck Dynasty with a shave and a bath.

To the first question, unfortunately yes, he can do that (doesn't mean he isn't hypocrite though). Fallacy against a person is saying that a certain person cannot make an argument because said person did or is this or that. As you notice, it's a Fallacy, a false argument. I actually liked John Stewart's answer, he attacked the argument head on, he explained what was said and the context of what was said and when Bill O'Reilly quoted himself, he attacked the quote and explained what was missing from O'Reilly's argument to make it fact.

I stole it from a torrent site, printed it out, and burned it without ever reading it. Felt good man.

I just sat through a 1-minute advert from "Right Change" in order to watch this. WTF YouTube?!?

For Fox, I think it's honorable for them to put it online in the first place. They didn't have to do this. I'm proud of them.

Good stuff, I love Jon Stewart, I don't care what any one says. I don't even agree with all of his views but for the most part he is unbiased and extremely comical

If Jon Stewart is right about the issues, how could bill possibly go on the daily show and hand Stewart his ass last week? Surely Comedy Central wouldn't edit the interview to bias against their own host..

great vid man, keep spreading the truth. sometimes its hard when you realize how many ignorant and unintelligent people there really are in this country, but the few of us who can think with rationale instead of emotion, logic rather than greed, is what keeps my faith in humanity.

The fact that Jon Stewart incorporates satire in his arguments does not mean that him presenting himself as a news anchor is an oxymoron.

LOL, Jon Stewart has proven time and time again that he is very intelligent.

Doesnt O'Reilly realize that he is comparing a 'supposed' honored news source with a comedy show, and that they come out looking like idiots?

I always find it funny when people call others stupid for not comprehending a concept. They're not stupid. You just don't understand the idea well enough to explain it clearly.

I do not consider myself a liberal, but thank you for this video. The transparent bias of Fox "News" content and editing is absolutely disgusting, and I simply do not see how even conservatives can accept such a blatant and self-serving negligence of the principles of good journalism.

You can't watch Fox News without seeing red white & blue, and normally, an American flag.

It's way over the top....

I can see why Europeans find it so funny.

"Fair and Balanced" is an editorial motto, not a journalistic credo. News should never have an agenda; It should always be objective and impartial.

How unusual that Fox would edit in a bias way. Even Murdoc admits to promoting his own perspective and agenda. Thanks for posting. That's the great thing about the web and open media.

*Cheap marketing alert* There's a new Jon Stewart app out for the iphone/ipad, it delivers a daily quote from the man himself.
