Yoga in the frontal plane | Side body, inner thighs, and outer hips

Welcome to this yoga practice with a focus on moving in the frontal plane, also known as lateral or left to right movement. This session will help you find mobility, flexibility and strength in inner thighs and outer hips, as well as expand through the side body to find extra space for your breathing. Moving in the frontal plane is a great counter to our usual daily movement, which tends to occur in the sagittal plane (forward-back). Aim to stay curious and open to new perspectives throughout the practice. I hope you enjoy it! I did ;)
