You don't necessarily have the right to and attorney when pulled over on the side of the road but on the same token you don't have to answer questions that would intimidate yourself. Just plead the 5th.

***WELL TECHNICALLY U CAN HAVE A LAWYER W/U ANYTIME, AMYWHERE....*** if u can afford a attorney to be aval 24/7 to face time during a situation or pay for a new service like Attorney Shield, u can have immediate face time 24/7 & it seems to be vary good from the vids of real encounters such as in PA w/police saying had a call for ppl brandishing a gun in road rage incident, cop went to the house & tried everything to intimidate & threaten the owner to allow them in the house & car to search for the gun....it gives u immediate face time to an attorney anytime for a fairly cheap monthly amount. I've seen this multiple vids & it greatly helped the I understand what this attorney is saying in this vid.
