I'm loving those electric motors but dislike putting batteries in the worse environment as cars sit out under the sun getting hot and in winter freezing up.

You guys do a great job combating climate change propaganda. Sometimes, though, you use silly arguments. The same stuff was said in the early days of the ICE cars in comparison to horses.
"Where are you going to get fuel?" (Very few gas stations in the early days, but you could buy hey just about anywhere)
"Can't go as far as you can with a horse." (The horse was and still is the quintessential offroad vehicle at a time when roads were scarce)

Besides, apples to apples, my VW I.D. 4 was the same price as a similarly equipped ICE after fuel vs electricity cost in 4 years.

The real issue seems to be one of economic injustice. People who can not afford or just don't want an electric car pay to subsidize the cars (and other perks) for people who do buy EVs. That, in my opinion, is the robinhood falacy. The gvmt would do well to stay away from the market and let it develop the products and services that people are willing to pay for. If it wasn't for gvmt bail outs, GM and Chrysler would have gone bankrupt. I guess Chrysler did a few times already. Keep getting bought by European companies, which are in turn subsidized by their own gvmts... 😂

Lol. Teslas are fast reliable, have good range. This sounds like propaganda to try and slow development of competition of EVs.
