I was in a school shooting when I was 9. I am 15 and it still terrifies me. We were told to grab scissors and heavy objects in case the intruder found us. I was hiding in a cabinet. I thought that I was going to die that day. I heard the door open and stayed hidden. Thankfully no one was killed. Now I will not leave my house alone. My school after that happened told us if we were close enough we could run. While I know it sadly will happen again I would never wish that on anyone.
