at 14:20, what do you mean with respect to the new strand of DNA? Is the daughter cell the one that is considered the "new strand"? so that's why we're moving from the 3' and on? I thought we were going right because the other strand is starting at 5, not because it was due to the new daughter strand.

I just realized that this is what you mean by "you have to add primase to the 3' OH" as mentioned in the beginning of the video (14:58)
