Today's teaching be like: service cloud supports all channels from one screen this is big advantage.... i want to ask how who will now explain what is one screen which i dont know and how one screen?? Reading the written sentense is not the explaination

Hard to understand, slow-paced, and more "selling" service cloud than useful information. This has been a constant trend from this channel unfortunately.
