Thanks for looking into this. I wonder if the NVlink bridge does better than base SLI. I think I'll give that a try and see what happens

Pretty cool kinda sucks that use of vram on both the cards were only enabled on the 20series but with no optimisation
And optimised cards can only use 2-4 gigs of vram
It's a shame but there's nothing we can do
