I remember when apple put the u2 album on my phone, I listened to this song constantly😍

This takes me back to 5th grade when Apple dropped this album on everyone’s phone and I would listen to this on my iPod touch 4th generation on repeat on my way to school 🥰

Felt compelled to tell this story after waking up and remembering this story:

I was in the third grade, my county's school district had decided to get Ipads for the kids. At the time, the U2 album came free with every apple product. This was my favorite song, and I listened to it all the time. At the end of the year, the final exams came around, and we had an auditory portion of the exam so we needed headphones. I decided it would be a wonderful idea to sneakily listen to this song before they "locked" our Ipads from exiting the testing app. I listened to it and was vibing to it for a good bit. Until I had to listen to it for four consecutive hours. I was in my own personal hell, the members of U2 staring back at me in my mind. I finished the whole test while this song was playing, and once I finished I slammed my head against the desk and cried. Raised by wolves, motherfuckers.
