Wait, is the difference like the active is "to eat" and the passive is 'to be eaten'?

Hopefully Mr. Snake doesn't eat them both 😅

Hey, first and second cases makes a lot of sense and it is indeed very educative, but the third case for "yorokobu" and "yorokobareru" made me very confused and if it actually fits the context, wouldn't the third case actually be a example of causative form, I mean, in that case be "yorokobaseru"? To make someone to be happy? Passive "yorokobareru" maybe fits if it means that the frog giving the item got happy too by the cow being happy, so the cow happiness made the frog also happy, but that is a very complex context and plot, so not very educative. I mean, I'm not sure if I'm correct or not so now I'm doubting myself, is my logic correct about causative fitting here and passive fitting if the context is that the frog got happy by the cow reaction to the gift? I'm confused now and not sure if I get passive/causative anymore.
