6/6. One of my CFIs during PPL training pasted a post-it over the speed indicator and the tachometer, and we went to do some circuits. That was one of my most interesting flight sessions.

ASI easily. My most used instrument during flight. With Altimeter coming in second. 6 for 6 and will probably finish everything today. 💪🏻

6 4 6. Agree, ASI for VFR, and AI for IFR - of course, once clear of cloud ( VFR ), the ASI becomes the most important. Ancillary to all this, the Pitot tube being clear ( dirt and ice free ) is paramount to instrument function.
Could always say that the Pilot who’s always learning IS the most ‘important’ THING in the plane.

Agree with airspeed indicator. Not sure if I’d pick the attitude indicator or the turn coordinator as second.
