I used to be a gymnast guys so maybe i can help?:))

1: learn your backbend.
Your backbend is the whole foundation to the front walkover. You need it when landing.
2. Try getting on your knees and taking ur hands (putting them up) then bending back
3. Try practicing on your wall.
Go over to your wall and put ur back against it. Slowly walk foward keeping ur hands on the door and slow ly lead ur hands down the door to learn to trust urself more

This was kinda confusing so... Should i do a tutorial on ma channel?

I was going to comment about how coach or trainer should never disrespect their own gymnast by pulling their hair especially since that child still looks like a minor but I’m happy everyone noticed.

To address these comments about it’s rude pulling hair. It wasn’t a mean or rude pull she was doing that to tilt up her head it was not disrespectful otherwise she would’ve said something. As you can see the pull doesn’t effect you or hurt in any type of way so stop being dramatic

Why would they cut off half the legs in the video?🙄 also I hope that’s your daughter! Wow if you pulled my daughters hair like that we would have major issues

Why are y’all stressing about the hair? She didn’t seem like it hurt and that’s what gymnastics is, it was just a tutorial where the gym coach was teaching and demonstrating
