Dibiasie was still a major heel and Piper made that angle super hot while on commentary and then joining Virgil at WM 7 made that also a great match I'm not sure why Conrad says who booked this shit I think he's majorly misremebering how much heat this angle had.

Why didnt they ask if they picked him based off past history with the challengers Haha? Perfect lost and was knocked out by Luger at WM9 and Hart beat Piper at WM 8!

Virgil got over but it was down to the million dollar man. Piper helped but the million dollar man was such a good heel he was hated so much
