3:03 - Clean them with dishwash soap? Others suggest cleaning with toothpaste.

Hi Doc, thanks for this super informative video! i am on my week 1, i am trying trying my best to wear them for 22 hours, however, i love drinking coffee and i need to snack sometimes between meals as i get hungry! i am limiting my snacking time. the time that i keep them is for around 3 hours. so my wear time is 20 to 21 hours. is that still ok ? my ortho said i have 4 hours to enjoy my meals/snacks.

Do you need to have your teeth cleaned or whiten before getting aligners or can you just get Invisalign as long as your teeth are cleaned?
