This was DEFINITELY my WORST yard yet! CODE ENFORCEMENT actually showed up and talked with me for a while. There were so many different crazy things that happened during this one, I can't even list them all. Had some tough times and some good times today, but in the end, we GOT it done!

I think everyone who critiques your methods or questions you for not doing more should volunteer to come and help you. Maybe they would think twice before leaving ignorant comments in the future. We definitely want you to be safe and take care of yourself while working hard. You are a kindhearted guy who does great work for others in addition to your main job. I love your videos and I thank you for your efforts. And most of all, CONGRATULATIONS to you and your wife!!!

Dude you not only beautify homes and neighborhoods, but you literally make them safer.
You are a special kind of human.

You know, it's just as awesome to see a bunch of random guys stop by and help you fix your mower as it is to see you stop by and randomly help this neighborhood. It's just really awesome to see such kind, neighborly behavior across the board. The sweet lady who offered you a gift basket, too - they're all such touching interactions.

Here's your homemade formula for wasp spray.
4 cups vinegar
2 cups water
⅓-½ cup Dawn
Put it in the 1-gal sprayer.
Dawn dish soap keeps the wasps from flying. The vinegar kills them in less than 1 minute. This is the best non-toxic and inexpensive wasp spray that works well.

Love the two neighbors that came out to get the mower fixed. Also gotta send love to the code enforcement officers for caring more about getting the job done than writing tickets. They could have written the ticket while you were working on it, but let you work. And that they want to call you before writing tickets on other properties says everything. They aren't out here to write tickets, but to make sure things get taken care of. <3

I wanted to just say ty. I was severely ill for a year and couldn’t cut my lawn or afford the service my neighbor as kind as you are cut and took care of my lawn. People just doing good things.

Zack is awesome! He came to help clean up his neighborhood. Got the mower up and running again, saved Tucker from the wasps and stuck around to help with the lawn. You rock, Zack!

I don’t believe it! Somebody actually came to help instead of criticize? Thank you so much. This man works so hard.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Someone's yard overgrowing is one thing. The city letting a stop signs, sidewalks, curbs and gutters be overrun is another. They know it is happening well enough to send inspectors for tickets, but not to fix the things that they are responsible for.

This was at least a five man job and you did it all by yourself. Hats off to you for a great job!

I've watched other videos but this is the first time I saw a neighbor come out and help. Kudos to him.

I just LOVE the neighbors stopping to help! What I didn't love is that these people are able to grow better grass on their sidewalk than i am able to grow on my lawn! I made it.

I MADE IT, Tucker . . it was SO refreshing to see neighbors helping you . . so rare in these kind of YouTube videos. Also, I'm glad you finally got to meet the lady in Code Enforcement - knowing her now, should help your future jobs . . . and, your fade side to side pictures at the end are a "YouTube" yard clean up BEST !!! Very professional looking - just like your work. ( as I said before, your parents should be VERY proud of the way their son has turned out )

You worked extremely hard on edging and removing sod/grass. These was tough worked and not many would endure. Hats off to you. Well done.

I have spent the last month restoring abandoned Japanese gardens in Teshima Japan. I was actually given one of them, along with a 200 year old home, two barns and a bath house. I will be restoring the home. It has the most beautiful natural tree beams all hand hewn and put together without nails. It is a lot of work renovating abandoned landscape; and you do a very professional job. I walked down one of the narrow walled streets and removed weeds growing in the cracks. Over the following weeks I noticed more people out doing the same thing. Sometimes it just takes one person making the world better, to influence a neighborhood. You are definitely one of the special people in this world.

So nice that the neighbors stop by and thank you and one neighbor picked up a shovel and helped you out. He renewed my faith in humanity. Great work.
