An original dnd character backstory just means you either stole from a source the others don’t know about or you mixed enough sources

My character is an Elven Druid! However, she was originally a Prince and a great military leader who was cursed to swap bodies with an Elven Druid by his father's Royal Advisor!

So she has the appearance of a Druid, in tune with wildlife, but has the nature of a sophisticated yet slightly spoiled boy.
