You know they were told to act a certain way, but things eventually worked out in their own way. Not the evolution of myth but cover in a way too.

Isn't Ame responsible for a lot of these collabs? It's like when Hololive put these girls together, they formed a near-perfect chemistry to form "Myth, " and although Ame may be the least "talented" in terms of performing musically, she makes up for it in so many other ways.

What is insane is how good Cover were and are to group together their gens. Myth has Kiara for the Mood, Calli and Kiara for Music, Ina for Graphics, Gura as the cute Gremlin and Apex Predator and Ame for tech support, innovative ideas and the will that when Cover cannot provide us 3D because of covid, i ll just do it myself. I cannot imaging EN working out if you switched a single person out.

i pointed it out to my friends there's something really soft that Calli is the one who promised Ina that one day they'll get real hugs, and on their showcase, she was the one who asked for it to happen. 🥺🥺

It is always interesting to see how new gen is awkwardly starting like strangers who were basically told to act as best friends is evolving into actual friends. And there are enough hints that some of the girls really needed that connection in their lives.

I was there for the first "a" and I'm here now. It's been an incredible, Mythic journey.
I remember Gura's first karaoke, how she dropped her pizza in the bathtub and ate it anyway, and how she wordlessly photographed Calli's dead body in Phasmophobia.
I remember Calli's RIP rap cover competition, her PEACE sign-offs, and her accidentally locking herself out of her apartment with a cheap box wine.
I remember Kiara's one-sided attempts at affection with Calli, her role model confession to Pekora, and the day she sadly had to remove Huke-papa's place in the Minecraft server.
I remember Ina's treehouse before it was struck by lightning, her adventure for the upa-rupa Axolotl, and the snowman revenge for Gura sniping her off the PPP fishing platform.
I remember Watson's Ulta-Violence Doom playthrough, her arcade date with the viewers, and her training arc for the first Sports Festival where she very nearly beat Fubuki at the obstacle course.
Moments like these will live rent-free in my head for years to come.

Man this was so insanely nostalgic, it had me reflecting on the last three years of my life and I got so emotional. I have been so much luckier than most these last three years, but I still felt so much pain from the world, and the distractions of vtubers and entertaining streams helped so much with numbing that pain. Seeing these three together at last live in 3D had me tearing up so much.

For anyone who suffered or struggled the last three years, I am so sorry. I hope where you are now is at a much better place, or that eventually things get better for you. I know no matter what, we are all grateful for the joy Myth has given us these years.

There is something special about Myth, the anarchic, experimental nature of their content, their sheer charisma, whatever it was Hololive really had a lighting in a bottle moment with them as their original EN branch.

The region that started with a literal meme of being cursed. Faced the struggles of a pandemic and not being able to travel as much and lived in different countries. They stuck together and supported each other so much you could tell how much they eventually opened up to each other and are basically long-distance sisters. Ame, you beautiful genius, thank you for all the hard work on bringing you guys closer together through the 3D/VR projects and congrats girls to finally having official 3D and getting the chances to all hangout and literally journey together.

*also cried again seeing Ina wanting to hug. You got the wish past Ina you got the wish!!!!

it's weird how time flies, it's like it was yesterday when myth debuted... now they we're able to perform on stage in 3d and have EN kouhais, not even that - they literally created the vtuber boom in the west. i couldn't have asked a better EN gen than them, they deserve all the love in the world <<3
