🍪 Push & Pull Body Wide Weight Workout🏋️‍♀️

Minute 1 - 10 Wide Grip Pull-ups
Minute 2 - Rest
Minute 3 - 15 Wide Grip Push-ups
Minute 4 - Rest

I like to run🏃‍♀️through 10 total cycles myself if that volume is too high simply cut it down to 4-5 sets and see how you do.
