I planted some Amaranth, this red kind like you have there, for my pet chickens in their chicken corral. Today they were all picking up eating some of the fallen grain, seeds whatever. They love to play there.

We grow and eat amaranth now. We have cancer. Somehow what we eat in our backyard is slow down our cancer. Amaranth and Celosia are on the menu daily along with purslane, moringa. It would probably prevent cancer if done earlier in ones life
