Provincials are 8 weeks from this meet. It would definitely interrupt my training if I took this meet serious (assuming I'm competing for provincials)

The timing has been very weird lately. Provincials used to be in october with regionals in january and nationals march with worlds in late may or june. Gives 10 weeks between prov->centrals, 12 weeks to nats and another 12+ weeks for worlds.

Now regional comps are happening at random times it seems every year and lack of local comps during/post covid does not help with meet timing.

Justin, I’ve made huge progress over the years as a 14 yr power lifter, and my squat went from 225 last year to 335 now, but my legs still look the same size from the pictures I took a year ago. Is this just the curse of a power lifter or is it something else?
