The story is mainly based on a idol named Ai Hashino and her twins. The body they found belongs to the doctor who was supposed to deliver the idols twins in secret because she is underage and doesnt want it to ruin her chance of being one. Before the doctor met Ai, he had a patient who was a little girl with cancer who was obsessed with Ai, when the doctor watched Ai perform thru the videos the girl was watching, he also became a hardcore fan. The girl ended up dying a while before the doc met Ai. One day the doc saw a guy that seemed to be stalking ai so he goes to confront him and ends up falling to his death by being stabbed then pushed over a cliff, same night Ai goes into labor with her twins. The guy who killed him was actually the father of the twins Ai is pregnant with. The twins end up being the reincarnated doctor and girl with cancer. Honestly its an original and lots more happens. Its good and also sad at times.
