It's haraam to show an image of someone to be Prophet Muhammad. No pictures of him were recorded thus haraam if it's done. It's unallowed bruh. It's even stated in one of his hadiths, for some beings would end up worshiping such, something he didn't want to happen for it'd piss off Allah
