There's one boomer that was pretty unique in Gears of War 1 as well, a boomer with a battering ram when the Locust are assaulting the mansion.

The Krill really were the Locust best weapon. The COG had no defense against them and once night fell the COG’s defense collapsed.

I like how obscure this variant of boomer is but somehow managed to get its hammer in Fortnite 🤯

Gears was incredible when I played through the games again. Untill judgement, then it got worse but 4 and 5 were terrible. They feel like Saturday morning cartoons. and I lost faith in the franchise.
