I have been a novice/hobbyist wood worker for 40 years. Yet I often love your content. You are pretty good at all of this. Thanks

Good tips. #4 is an easy one to overlook. Thanks for the reminder.

Marc, I love your humorous style!

I have a sixth suggestion concerning the use of push sticks. It can be risky to position a push stick near the fence. This can cause the piece being cut to turn toward the back of the blade, resulting in lifting and kickback. When using a push stick between fence and blade, it should be closer to the blade than the fence, so any twist will be away from the back of the blade.

Always a fan of getting the laughs alongside the safety and technical tips. Yours is one of my favorite channels to learn from.

No matter how many times I hear good advice, one more time is appreciated.
It helps to keep me centered to the side of the blade instead of directly behind it.

Stand off the line of fire is a REALLY underrated safety tip. Thank you for adding this one.

this viedeo is very good an importent!❤(to provent wooden missle strikes you schould put the Fence 45 degree behind the Blade so the "missles" cant get enogh power so I lerned it as a german cabinet maker)

An older luthier once told me that he got hit so hard in the crotch from kickback that he fainted from the pain and had to go to the hospital, so that is all the motivation I’ve needed to avoid kickback at the table saw

There’s a lot of YouTubers with high subscriber numbers doing very scary things on the tablesaw.

Can we revisit the applications of a reach-around again? Asking for a friend.

Also your push stick should be to the blade side of centre, the closer to the blade the better, this keeps the leverage pushing your piece into the fence instead of the blade

#6: Don’t store random crap on the floor around your table saw. 😂

I had a kick once get me.. it was a 1/2 x 4 inch piece I was cutting to make some coasters. It left a dark people bruise on about half my belly, thank goodness I have a little extra padding. Since then, always stand to the side
