I love how the boys are never judgmental of the parents and Will explains he can totally see how she would disappear, she's small and fast and her reaction to being lost was to effectively hide.

1:57 "Screaming for help, no one really helped.. apart from one lady" Breaks my heart 💔

Obviously Will did a fantastic job here, but huge shoutout to that lady who had the mother on the phone. The fact that the mother was asking for help and she was the only one who answered is sad, but she did an incredible job in helping to reunite them and calm the girl down. What an absolutely beautiful human being.

Taking a walk with 3 young kids is defo not easy. And I know that even though I don‘t have kids. Glad there are good people around you. Thank you lifeguards and all kind-hearted people looking out for their community.

Will is such a sweetheart, and if i hadn't already known, i would've known from this video that he is a dad, just by the way he was treating this, obviously scared, young girl. Now if something like that happens again, or she feels scared, she'll remember that the lifeguards will help her.

Good that he escorted back to the mother, even after mum was on the woman's phone talking to the child.

This was SO cute! I'm glad that there was a happy ending. It's really cool that bystanders offer to help out. Kudos to both those women for trying to make Chloe feel safe.

This is so sweet, the world suddenly became terryfying to this little girl. 😢 ♥️ Lifeguard Will showed a lot of empathy towards her. 🙏

I’ve been through this when my eldest - now forty eight - was two he vanished in a Grace Brothers store in the western suburbs of Sydney. A couple of the staff knew him by sight but the ten minutes he was missing were the most terrifying of my life! Happily all resolved and I read him a lecture and a half.

I lifeguard at a massive pool and was expecting to hate this video. Ive had too many parents not notice their kids were missing. This was a really nice change :')

There is a trick used in Brazil where a lost child is held in a persons arms and all the people near by start clapping. This quickly identifies where the child is.

I know how she felt. My middle daughter got separated from us in a crowded market in Brisbane about 36 years ago. Fortunately she went to her aunt & uncles stall so we were back together after about 10 long minutes. I was pushing a stroller as well.

It would have been so easy for that mum to lose Chloe. She has two other little ones in a pram. She only has to look away for a split second to tend to them and lose sight of her. Kids don’t realise. She was in her own world just riding her scooter and doesn’t see mum has stopped for a second. That lady was lovely, just took control. The lifesaver was soooo good with her. You could see he was a father. Well done all.
