The worse thing Elon could’ve done was alienate his fan base. As a motorcyclist, I'd like to contribute to the topic with this:

Recently a Tesla, in slow rolling traffic (backed up highway), not only identified the motorcycle in front of it but decided that the Motorcyclist was simply debris on the road. It hit the back of the motorcycle in front of it and instead of stopping, like anyone else, or any other self-driving vehicle, it actually decided it needed to drive over the motorcycle and person riding it, instantly killing him.

The Tesla's FSD identified an object in front of it, and still chose to run it over even after physical collision. FSD needs to be disabled.

What I find stunning is that Tesla is revered for it´s supposedly great selfdriving and the autopilot feature while mercedes is never mentioned in this aspect. To my knowledge mercedes is still the only manufacturer to get level 3 autonomous driving approval.
