Jamie is absolutely correct, paprika is more about the smokiness rather than being particularly spicy.

And please remember if you are unsure about whether you can acquire all the exotic ingredients in your area - don't worry a recipe is only really a guideline you can vary it slightly - nothing is written in stone.

As Nigel Slater would say it's YOUR dinner if there's a particular ingredient that you really don't like leave it out, but if say for example you really love the addition of the garlic then add a bit more.

I would put the beans and rice in the same pan where the chicken is cooked which can add flavour dont need to do any extra washing up

Fajitas are definitely from Texas(tex-mex), not Mexico 😅, but these still look delicious!

This dish is "Mexican inspired" at best but if you're going to bother with some authenticity, why not go the full mile? Balsamic vineagar is Italian, soy sauce is Chinese, Greek yogurt and feta are Greek...at the very least, why not try to encourage sticking to Latin America for flavors and finding some Mexican ingredients? For example, "cotija" cheese and Mexican "crema", which would be better substituted by sour cream or creme fraiche, would be better ways of rounding off at the end.

This is not authentic but it is a wonderful take. Fajitas aren't strictly governed like for instance pasta carbonara. I think it's a great recipe and the feta is a reasonable Change-Up which would add some interesting flavor
