It depends what job you have. My first job was accounting and I absolutely hated it. So I would take all the days off I was allowed. Then I changed careers and now I’m a hair stylist and I absolutely love my job. So even though I get PTO. I basically never take it because I enjoy going to work now.

A holiday is essential as it stops you from going into overdrive, recharges you and gives you time to reflect on yourself and what you need to improve on. And I’m talking specifically about a real holiday, not one where you just go to party, but one where you’re in a environment you can meditate in, so you can also improve your spiritual health. I just made a video on all this and went in deep check it out and stay blessed 🙏

The problem I have with taking a vacation is that everything at work falls apart if I even take a single day off, and it adds far more stress to have to fix everything when I get back. It is much less stress in the long run for me to not take the time off,

Yes but your health matters and for those who work all the time your body registers and stores subconscious stress that can create disease in the body such as mental health illness, and physical illnesses like back pain, belly pain, fibromyalgia, diabetes, autoimmune disease etc. So if you are not going to go on vacation it may be doctors visits for you. Just take a vacation every now and then and enjoy your hobbies and spend time with your family.
