I'll be throwing a Turbosmart Dual-Port BOV on my '23 WRX at some point for sure.

Many years ago when I had a Fiesta ST, I swapped the factory diverter valve for the Turbosmart Dual Port, (back in the day with that car, it converted the BOV from electronic actuated to vacuum actuated, so a bit more of a project.) And holy wowza did it up the fun factor. Ran it for 10k miles before trading the car in, never had an issue with idling or stalling or anything on the Cobb stage 1 OTS map, which absolutely did not account for a dual port. Granted Subies are a different platform, but I have high hopes running a dual port won't cause any issues, especially since I trust Turbosmart's R&D.

What we really need is a vacuum-actuated BOV for the WRX imo. Can't get that partial-boost BOV flutter with an electronic BOV as far as I know. And boy do I miss that flutter sound.

I wouldnt suggest any subaru owner to get a blow off valve. Just go with an intake

Also the sound you hear on the full recirc is definitely your aftermarket intake.

I have 2024 stock Wrx, can I run a turbo smart bov and the engine be safe without any other mods to support it?

You should rev it to max in WOT then go into idle in this case it will stall with dualport.
