It's 1976 and you're singing this song on a midsummer eve. It's and outdoor concert and people are really enjoying themselves. Dancing insects can be seen courting each others in the remaining rays of the evening sun.

I was 11 when this was released. It was a very different world back then but weirdly pretty much the same. Again, this old hippie says thankee big big!!

Hearing this song brings back a weird memory. When this song became a hit Buffalo Springfield's first album was already out. The record company decided to reissue the album with the original first song change to this one. Many record stores allow customers to bring back the original album to get the new one with this song on it. I'll bet those people who have the original album have something worth some serious money
