My husband had 8 test tubes of spinal fluid removed 15 years ago. Now, his symptoms are starting up again. So looking to decrease hypertension w diet. Go see a neuro ophthalmologist

I have this condition and I feel the symptoms may be spiraling getting worse. The headaches have come back after months of no headache severe, constant, and non manageable. My neurologist is not recommending nothing further but I need remedies it’s affecting my everyday life
