Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension

Показать описание
Idiopathic intracranial hypertension, also known as pseudotumor cerebri, is a rare neurological condition that leads to increased intracranial pressure, or ICP, due to an unknown cause. If left untreated, increased ICP can lead to papilledema, or swelling of the optic disc, which is the point where the optic nerve passes through the retina in the eye. This can cause visual disturbances, such as blurry vision, light flashes, and intermittent loss of vision.

No one will confuse sex with gender in the medical community. Putting "AFAB" in unnecessary.

I don't understand why everyone is getting mad about the "AFAB" part. That's literally what it means. You were assigned female at birth. A doctor looked at your baby bits and went "yup, that's female" when you were born. Honestly, its like you all get offended at such the smallest things.

Thank you for being inclusive by saying afab (assigned female at birth). :) The trans community appreciates it. ❤
