Greige Vs Beige | Fashion Tips | Carla Rockmore

For years I stayed away from the classic trench coat in beige (it is not my color). In the past few seasons, there have been so many fantastic iterations and combinations I couldn't take it anymore. I finally cracked with a cropped COS trench a couple of seasons back. I've been using lipstick and accessories that complement my skin tone to brighten the look. If a piece in the wrong color is speaking to you, try a little smoke and mirrors 😬😜. It works every time.

Cool toned beige (greige) looks good with white like white accessories or doors etc.. beige is a warm tone it looks best with red and warm lighting and dark wood/leather. They are both beautiful if paired with the right cohost of color

The part that speaks the most to me is: “Add a little lip!”💄Yes! So many ppl are not into lipstick/too shy to wear bold lip color, which I believe is a quite a shame. It instantly improves & flatters almost every complexion, IMO. Most of the time it’s actually the only makeup I wear. 💋
