Ingredients:
FOR PARATHA:
Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Gram flour(besan) - 1/4 cup
Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Water as needed
Butter or ghee to cook paratha
FOR GARLIC CHUTNEY:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Garlic cloves - 8 to 10 no.
Red chillies (kashmiri) - 10-15 nos.
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind - marble sized
Jaggery - 1.5 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
